Refund Eligibility & Time Limit

At Editucation, we believe in the value of the knowledge we offer and the effort we put into creating a high-quality learning experience for everyone who wants to master video editing in After Effects. Still, we understand that sometimes plans change, and for that reason, we offer a clear and fair refund policy.

Refunds are available only within 24 hours of your payment, regardless of which plan you choose — monthly, 6-month, or lifetime access. After that 24-hour window passes, refunds are no longer possible, as full access to all course content, resources, and downloadable files is granted immediately upon payment.

For monthly subscriptions, a refund is possible within 24 hours of any payment — not just the first one. Whether it's your second, third, or tenth billing cycle, you have 24 hours from the charge to request a refund. Outside that window, no refund will be issued.

For 6-month subscriptions, the same rule applies — refunds are only available within 24 hours of the payment. After that, no refund is possible, as extended access is granted instantly.

For lifetime access, the refund is also only possible within the first 24 hours of payment. After that period, your access becomes permanent and non-refundable.

We also want to be transparent about why this policy exists. The course includes exclusive downloadable resources such as project files, templates, presets, and other digital materials. Once these resources are downloaded, they cannot be “returned,” and we have no way of verifying whether they’ve been kept or distributed. Because of this, we enforce a strict 24-hour refund window. This protects the value of our work and ensures fairness — both to us as creators and to our community of serious learners.

Without this policy, someone could download everything in one day and request a full refund, essentially obtaining all our premium content for free. That’s not fair to us or anyone who has invested honestly in their learning.


Personal Responsibility & Respect for the Policy

We also want to be clear about one more thing:

We do not issue refunds in cases where a member forgets to cancel their subscription. It is the responsibility of each user to manage their own membership, including cancellation before the next billing cycle. If you remain subscribed and are charged, and then realize you “forgot” to cancel — that does not qualify for a refund.

Similarly, if you were unsure how to cancel and never reached out to ask, that is also considered your responsibility. We are always here to help — but it is up to you to communicate with us on time. Not asking for help or clarification is not a valid reason to request a refund after the deadline.

We ask that you respect this policy. Editucation represents years of dedication, creativity, and real-world experience turned into a learning platform to help you grow. When you join, you’re gaining more than just access to lessons — you’re entering a structured environment, gaining insider knowledge, downloadable tools, and support from a passionate team.

Please don’t treat the refund option as a way to “test” the course and then ask for your money back after using the material. If you’ve already consumed content, watched lessons, or downloaded files beyond the 24-hour period, we cannot and will not issue a refund.
